​​​Love this! Made the best beef roast ever! Tender! Moist! Awesome.

Excellent slow cooker. 

​You need a sunny day, as the temperature drops when the sun goes behind clouds. About every 30 minutes or so, go out and turn the sun oven towards the sun. Worth the effort.  

PREP RECOMMENDATION:

Soak your roast in cool water for 1 hour.  Drain.

Kasher it with kosher salt on all sides in a colander for 30 minutes. Rinse. Pat Dry. Brown the roast in a pan on all sides for luscious rich flavor. And don't forget to add a little water to the pan and scrape up those flavorful bits stuck to the pan. Add to the roast. 

Season to your likening. Enjoy.
